The Exodus

Restoration was honored once again to join the Jewish Federation of
Brevard and Indian River Counties in in their annual Jewish Festival.
This year's theme was the Exodus, so our team performed one of our
signature dramas called Mitzraim. This presentation
depicts the Exodus from Egypt (Mitzraim) complete with God ,Moses,
Pharaoh, Israelites of all ages and even an Egyptian (since some
Egyptians did leave Egypt with the Hebrews once they experienced the 10
plagues and realized the power of the God of Israel.) When we first
performed this drama in 2006, our team made the 12 tribal banners in a
primitive style with sticks and ropes and pieces of cloth.
